This is quite a true picture and as I found my Neighbour in this state on April 2nd it was really a memory jog..
We didn't have to break the glass, as he had passed the day before, and the back of the house was open for his dog to go out.
We are waiting for new people to come and make the house alive again, I do hope that none of us have to have someone break the Glass...

I remember the slick put up for sale and successful
poetry I used to buy as a teen
Bookshops dont keep much of this now
except for the old old standards
no one alive to benefit
all the modern geniuses are flipping burgers
or adding up groceries at the corner outlets

but this is like the works that were in the
main racks

Its dark its tunny and its something of yourself
that self connection that would keep me reading
your works like I do here

there are some writers writing very short stories in
some big magazine names I like
most of the stuff is mind numbing drivel
but every so often there is a peice that
charges and challenges thought
and pokes fun
and leaves something of the self
that is authentic

and that is what I love about reading
and Neopoet!!
