Just stoping in to say that I've read your poem. I'm not sure if I understand it actually, so there isn't much I have to offer on this one. I'm sorry about that!

I would love to know why you are interested in haiku and Japanese forms. What draws you to them? Everyone who explores haiku seems to have a different reason. I'd be interested to know yours.

Thanks for your efforts to read up on my Rhykus.

The reason I like to write these Rhykus (Haikus in Rhyme) is: (1) they do not take time to write and are short like the Twitter version of Poetry (2) the construct allows me to state a point in one line, provide some illumination in the second and an ending / solution in the third line (3) the goal is my take on contemporary social or political issues and hopefully it resonates with those reading the Rhykus.

Not Byron or Shelley or Tennyson but a compact, concise compilation.

Telling people that their poetry is unworthy and a waste of space is not appropriate for the workshop community. Please be constructive about the poem itself and avoid attacking the poet. You have made this same comment before and it should not continue.

If you have any questions, please let me or any other advocate know.
