Blind Trust

Tomorrow is about trust.
Trusting a stranger
who will slice into my eye
and return sight...
But tonight
tonight is full of nervousness
and fear...
I've never been good at trusting strangers.

an excellent poem. I felt your reprehension over eye surgery. (I had it done myself) I am uneasy about trusting strangers myself. especially strangers with scalpels! I hope to see you soon and wish your surgery went well.
