Ring any bells ?

When your boobs begin descending
When your bottoms getting bigger
When you put on extra weight
And you’ve lost your girlish figure
When you find a friend in chocolate
When you’d rather read a book
When you take off all your clothes
And nobody wants to look
When you get a water bottle
When your feet are always cold
When the night sweats come to haunt you
It’s a sign you’re getting old

You forgot to mention hair migrating or turning color then turning loose lol...........stan

a good account of the symptoms of ageing...you could add a lil bit of contrast by mentioning about the "mind staying young"....

a nice read...brought on smiles...

Hi Chrys, i wrote this to put in a birthday card for a friend of mine who's menopausal, it made her smile, so she said. I've fixed the typo (silly old me) thats what happens whn you don't wear your specs.

A hilarious account on aging. I agree with ChinaBlue, this has the potential to go on forever. Unfortunately, you don't have to be old for a lot of these things to take place.

Shaz,

superb in its simplicity...short, funny and well penned.
