SICK REPEAT SICK

SICK REPEAT SICK
Margaret Ann Waddicor
1st May 2011

Sick as sick as sick can be
when being sick is sick to me
I'm sick of it fair sick of it
as you can see

yes sicks' the word for this
I'm sick in my abyss of pain
I send the sickness back again
but sickness follows me
as you can see

and now you're even sick of me
repeating sick again
for sick is just a pain.

You see what I meant with it,
just for fun playing with the word sick,
we are always on about not repeating words here,
so I tried one with as many of the same word as possible,
that's all this was about.

But I know what you mean by what you say dear Jayne.
Its perhaps like a shadow that won't leave you when you wish it to?

Love again to you here Jayne, hope all is as well as can be with you.

So how sick of sick can you be of being sick.
Maybe sick and tired of being sick? Hahaha!
Nice idea!

...but....how do you feel better today, Friday the 13th of May? lol.

I, too have been ravaged by the flu, the worst in over 2 decades, so I can tell you I'm more than sick of being sick, so I'm actually feeling better today.

Lovely sick poem. lol.

Hugs,
Anna

p.a. Atill haven't put the *fish* back together again.

Barry's car's contents was stolen (the good stuff) this time they even stole the screwdriver he uses to start the car (now that the ignition switch is torn out from the last time...when the car was stolen. I don't know if I would have stayed here with all cccthe negatives in this area, he's making less than a third of what he made in NJ. And then the car window bashing, its theft and now to add insult to injury the theft of whatever was valuable.c

I'm sick of being sick of the politics and the vandalism in Ohio.

How horrid to have flu so badly I am sorry for you, but am happy for myself as I have managed to SH!! so far-avoid any, I am injected against it but that's possibly a different strain, there are SO MANY of the damned things aren't there.

So you felt this poem although it was written more as an exercise not a real poem, not a very good one either in my own opinion, but trying the repetition game, I challenge you all to write one with more than 14 which, counting the -nesses are what are here. It has to make sense!!

The ball is in your court, love to you and all Ann.

Hi Ann, wrote this one.. ...on 3/29/11 it will be 3 years ago...

I was a wild child once

I was a wild child once,
born into a wild universe
by a wild man and a wild woman
who showed me how they
lost their wildness.

Everywhere I went I saw things
wild...

willow trees, cyan skies and
the night moon spoke
to me of their wildness,

and in my tamed wildness, I nearly
died...

I am silent now,

a river runs through me.

Nine yes thank you Anna, you liked the challenge I see.
The taming of the shrew, in the moonlight.

Any more folks?

Love to you dear Anna
