Oh What A Lovely Face Twas

Oh What A Lovely Face Twas.

I will take this opportunity
Of commenting on my best
Ever poem myself.

I am a connoisseur of loveliness.

When I see something
As lovely as a human being,
A flower,
An animal,
A lovely dress,
Lingerie,
A bra maybe
An inner
Almost anything,
My heart begins to quiver exotically
If not orgasmically.

This poem has drawn
Well over 100 read.
I told my self styled master,
That I’d quit composing poetry,
If ever I crossed
His limit of seventy.

Since he abandoned reading me
I am relieved of the burden
So I will
And still
Continue to compose,
As I freely will

Some day,
I shall leave behind
An invaluable gift of legacy,
Of poetry
Albeit I may not live to see
The recognition of my very own creativity
As I am not ordained to do so
Hope you all will read
And
Add on your admirable comments
So warranted,
Without my asking
God willing!
Oh what a lovely face twas.

That Lovely Face

This is perhaps
The most beautiful poem
Of an era gone by,
No matter how much I retry
This kind of poetry doesn’t come by.

Help me make another try,
Lovely face,
Is a distant past
The face has long since gone fast.
Yet in my minds eye
Tis an n everlasting print
There’s no hint
Of mistrust or faith
Twas indeed the most
Loving and beautiful face
Until this day
Till today!
