Qualities:
can easily cope up with the ever-changing factors in the community and can easily generate productive ideas for the good of the community.
Diplomacy:
as far as i can handle the pressure,i don't aggrieve anybody and don't risk making wrong moves especially in mediating in disputes.
Leadership:
i am a good leader and a good listener too.i prefer taking the depth-wise and deep-thought way than taking the easy way out....
Availability:
I was chatbox moderator in some chat systems in the web...and i know when and how to go between the lines.
Future Direction:
i see Neopoet going strong through years that takes a better atmosphere and ambience with the right leaders.
Alternative Role:
i can be a director of special project....i 'm so flexible when it comes to duties and can handle pressure..and also a guide or greeter..
