You have a big job with the relaunch and it will be tons of time, pressure and frustration. Please know that "most" of us know your sacrafices and the generosity of soul it takes. We thank you, I thank you. You all are awesome!

See this is why you have to love Neo! Ya'll know I 'm right!! Not that is takes a genius to know we all kick ass! So much so I am a wiggling away in my chair to see the Democratic process alive in our little ( not so little ) Community! To cool!

Indeed. Three months can seem to be an eternity or a blink of an eye. I wonder what the first order of business will be. Hopefully it will be all about bettering Neopoet in its art. Not thwarting it in one or another manner......as my unpopular opinion would have it.

Whoever designed and officiated over the cart of public humiliation by writing that blog, I hope will have learned a good lesson. I was moderated for two weeks and challenged the AEC, went straight to Rett, Paul and Andrew and demanded that they show me my crimes and misdemeanors and which LETTER of the NEOPOET Guidelines, Terms and Conditions I had trespassed. There were none and that my moderation went on more than a month because of time constraints and my adamant stance on NEVER making a public blog statement as to my so-called sins**, I can attest to the fact that even if the AEC is severely flawed, there is solid LEADERSHIP behind NEOPOET by its FOUNDING FATHERS.

I still have not seen any rules and regulations by which the AEC must follow....procedure but there are rules and regulations that gag previous AEC's from making any statements and telling any STORIES. Even the jury for the Casey Anthony trial had the choice to tell what happened behind closed doors in their capacity of trying her for murder.

I love many things about NEOPOET that are very important to foster growth as poets and a sense of *BELONGING*....however there are at least two things that need to be addressed:

And I reiterate:

Transparency and like Jess says a consensus of opinion...and that *opinion* has to be in writing following a *chain of command* and be preceded by a clear set of guidelines as to what the AEC's commitment and duties are. (The PRECEDENT!)

When that has come about, I may work from the inside again. As I see it my only option is to
be able to talk and write without a subsequent gag order.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
