these are easy to watch and highly informative,
My greatest frustration on Neopoet is, I am not being boastful in admitting, that I am the most highly educated poet here. It doesn't make me the best poet, not by a long shot, but it does make me want to share what I know to help others.That is my "prime imperative".
These videos do it better than I can.
