TUMBLING

Tumbling
in the fast flowing stream
of life's experiences,
ricocheting towards
the inevitable end,

where we join the great,
grand, soup of the sea,
watered down once again
to tiny particles,
from whence we came,

we live each day
as if it were an eternity,

hang on to its beauty,
its magic,
as if it were a precious gem,

where we end up,
gems have no tangible,
visible substance,

they too
have become melded
into the matter,
that is ever changing,
everywhere,

and we,
who think of ourselves,
our entities,
as individual,
apart,

are part of
the eternal soup,
that flows
and changes shape,

like a brook
that becomes a river,
that ends up

in the oceans
of blue,
that make this earth,
beautiful.

I wish some of our leaders could read this beautiful poem, and realise that we truly are all in this together. Perhaps things would change for the better. Love Roscoe..

Roscoe Llane,

Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.

Ah that really would be Utopia Roscoe,
and now our minds in their Autumn dresses
float down from the family tree
to join the earth once more,
nourish the young shoots
of next Spring.

Leaders seem to live in perpetual HOT Summer
goaded by the heat of the moment.

Love and takk Ann.

The earth and nature work as a team! If only humans would do the same - working for the beauty and benefit of all. We are all part of the cosmos.

Love Your poems Ann

Thank you dear mand, with the great discussion world wide,
about environment in Stockholm, we need to feel this way don't we.

I do believe this is my favourite poem of yours ever!
so wise without the whole spiritual bullshit thing. It makes sense to me in science which makes it even more beautiful, because it is truth.

Thanks for this,
you made my poetry reading day.

cheers,
Jess

SQUEAL how do I respond to that!! I have no vocabulary that can counterbalance your comment. I am sometimes called a romantic, but when it comes to it, I am a realist, no BULLSHIT as you say, right to the subjects essence and i try to look at nature that way too; if one really sees beyond the fact that I love things beautiful, or that I consider are so, but not to the extent that they drip with sentimentality, hopefully?

Glad you got a kick ..........ass Jess. Great fun,
I feel like dancing round the bonfire full of amusement!
Skaal !

A beautiful write that tells it as it is, we are here.
We live and die here and have been converted into beings,
it would be great if they all could get on together.
Soon I shall return to that great Ocean, then one day I may be made into a rubber sole, that travels the universe, like the one that left a footprint on the moon, but I hope I will travel to the far reaches of the universe, as it is a beautiful place, I wonder if I shall come home again to be a part of this Earth then the Sun then on to new places that we don't understand.
You take care out there dancing around that fire, that is full of amusement, what a lovely fuel..
Yours as always Ian.T
