MAMMA

I feel your joy mamma,
as in the morning sun,
light strikes the diamonds on the trees,
their dripping
makes a music for my thoughts,
shakes bare bushes down below,
as when you too,
went out in morning's air, rejoiced,
took deep breaths, filled your lungs,
and doing so filled your heart with songs
of happiness, so glad,
not mad you'd say,
just sensing all around,
allowing nature to whisper,
thud, in notes of natural things.

Melted, rain-drops hit my head,
the tree had waited for my tread,
and tossed its buckshee snow
right onto me,
nature heard my thoughts
and joined in with glee.

And i believe you've followed in her foot steps in more ways than one, lovely thoughts, lovely poem. Love Roscoe..

Roscoe Llane,

Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.

Thank you Roscoe, yes in many ways I feel like her,
but i also have my father in me, it is how they live on,
when i recognise, a trait from one of them,
in something I do myself, and I smile at the recognition.

Love Ann.

Its a bit tweet this poem, but I mean all of it,
she was a good mother, and always cheered us up,
especially my father when he didn't get a job, being over 50 yrs.
Although when he did he was asked where he'd been all these years,
as he was an inventor, and was good at it.

Thank you for the comments. Love Ann
