SKARS OF LAHLALAND

Rise up your bold wave
like Jupiters gleam
this cold blade flicker
our sacred whisper

knicks and tricks
like Secret Tears
like forest fears

draw hearts with
hard cruel tips
(bite your bottom lip)

love cuts
its hurt is majestically real
maybe at the time I thought
its make believe anyway

but in this dead of winter
i can feel your sting
and how my heart of hearts
feels

this echo of you

(poem for Hood)

being an 'oldie' - i hadn't heard of lalahland
listened to one track - gave me a headache, had to turn it off

truly sorry, but i don't understand this write....
(unless you're talking about lalahland where i go when my mind snaps lol)

one little nit
- 'like Jupiters gleam' (Jupiter's- possesive noun)

btw - i really like the poem for hood
one little thing there too
'its make believe anyway' (it's - it is...)

love judy

'Each for the joy of the working, and each, in his separate star,
shall draw the Thing as he sees It, for the God of Things as They are.'
(Rudyard Kipling)

Y, Hood was is real just an era
what is pain without gain
all about stretching I gather
I have a freind tending to my new
approach cant keep out there
in the nether
not forever

but touch in the now
live here

when all else has fallen in the ruin
listening to Summertime by Joplin
and her band
how it was that I loved this in my
teens forgetting this song but not
and how people can enter our
lives and exit and in a de ja vue
they alive the memory
how that current grows
and memory is pondered again

rolling on three oclock in the
morning and Janis sings
"Don't you cry"
how sweet the truths are
when distance settles

and we begin to live again
