Housewife

severed flesh, in blood we trust
cat 'o nine tails ripping meat
scalpel carving naked sinner
dinner for our soul to eat

tow rope stretching out a neck
iron maiden spiking prey
shards of glass shoved up an ass
oh, it's been a bitchin' day!

draw and quarter, slash and burn
nothing ventured, nothing gained
rape upon a torture rack
seems a tad bit unrestrained

pulling fingernails with pliers
scooping eyeballs with a spoon
all is done with loving patience
"neath the light of rising moon

smashing toes with iron hammers
piercing tongues with rusty nails
its fun to while away the hours
listening to screams and wails

but time has come to cook our supper
fill the cauldron with hot oil
toss in seasoned brains and livers
bring them to a seething boil

let that cool while mopping blood-spill
gobs of leper-flesh and such
you know, I swear that keeping house
is just a little bit too much!

Sounds like the inquisition has set up house again......stan

put into verse. Quite graphic!

I do not, however get the concept of the title...the housewife as the torturer. I'm trying, I can't get there. Sarcasm? Irony?
