Of Happiness

I have all along been sitting and glossing
under an apple tree
all my life
what happiness can be

a simple comparison of combined incidents
some happy
some sorry
and
from the milk of both
if you can but extract
the elixir of happiness
twill a successful story be
of what happiness tis

your poetry lends happiness to me
but let me be happy
and
so end here my story
one must simply be just happy!
