SEE NO EVIL

A wingèd shadow dark
hovers not far
waiting for me to fall
and take my very soul.
But I've seen evil before.
I hold myself in the Light
to fight
the darkness of despair
lest I lose all that I am
,

I like...

the optimism that you show in the last lines. Most of us have a fear of being led into the dark. Witness the theme of Star Wars, which resonated with so many people that it became one of the biggest movies ever. I have no fear that you will be tempted into the Darkside. Nice to see you writing. ~ Gee

My ideals for words.....poems

a lot of it comes from graphic novels.
a simplistic flow of words from one word
pane to another..
Tin tin and so many others..
Comix..Heavy Metal....Telegraph here from Hamilton
whom had the greats..Al Capp..Lil Abner...Snoopy

I remember my roman catholic friends whom showed
me the childhood chapbooks of instruction
I cleaned a catholic church one..vacumed...swept
mopped....the fan duster for the plaster saints in
the balcony seating...sadly it closed two years
later due to failing congregation numbers
It is a Business.....

unlike scouts....unlike guides.....unlike univercity's
and subways.....
