skein

wear our footsteps
like the hush
now
the history against us
we were the current
the spark that spun
and dazzled the
dizzy dapple
in fat summer
the black shade
crept through us
the spirits like a ripple
fast
and free

hunter eyes now
wary and skittish
more beautiful

That most courageous, powerful and dangerous of content, an amalgamation of spirituality and politics.
I applaud and encourage, if you have the cunt for it. (I use the word cunt in the way Betty White used it “Why do people say "grow some balls"? Balls are weak and sensitive. If you wanna be tough, grow a vagina. Those things can take a pounding.”

I think perhaps I could have used some more vagina in the reading [grins]

although I applaud..
politics and business

this is actually a "love" poem
of all things..

there are many..
facets...
perspectives....

but I can see how the very
heart
it is a social cognizance..

Thank You!

I don't blame myself for mis-reading it, or you for ambiguity, I'm just amazed at the power of words to express so many readings.

As I'm fond of saying, once we post a poem it belongs to the reader, not to the writer. Then again, whilst I can be quite perceptive I can also be as dumb as a box of hammers.

the wishy washy writing like the writer is vamoosed
I was tawdry then...
This is political
and like loving society
and being disgraced
rather then disgusted
at what is new and apalling
but only by blind eyes..

after all humanity
is

..
cheers!
