Interesting Deadly Fellowship...

Interesting Deadly Fellowship…

Interesting sort of fellow
that man who augured time
He squeezed it’s life
like squeezing a lemon or lime.
Writing a book he demanded
we must look.
This was his word, to help control the herd.

There were other tricks
to keep us in line
like the time he turned
water into wine
Unfortunately for us we
were too keen to believe,
his tricks made easy
as he cajoled and deceived.

For as humans we are fickle
flighty frugal frantic frightened
or fierce,
our egos can soar higher than
mere perceptions taking us
clear of mortals mountains or
mainstay, but so easy to pierce

When we fall we claw at what’s around
be that a wall figure tree sight or a sound
anything we believe that keeps us secure
just as he provides, as long as we stay poor?

We build him churches so high above our earth
we provide gold jewels silver labour, much more than
we are worth, with this wealth his house and
commanders we decorate, looking to them and
him to guide our fate.
But we must wake up before it’s to late
or this planet and it’s beautiful deserving animals and plants,
his words and our deeds will surely innihilate.

Review Request (Intensity):
I want the raw truth, feel free to knock me on my back
Last few words:
Our own creation, will be our annihilation

Roscoe Llane,

Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.

I do not believe in all this, but I have read many different bibles, I do believe that the greatest gift given to human kind by that god was choice. He does not punish anyone we punish ourselves through our acts, or rather the choices we make. Your write is very much filled with fire and brimstone, so you have captured the feeling of self annihilation. again I do not believe...
Good write

LIFE ISN'T ABOUT WAITING FOR THE STORM TO PASS
IT'S ABOUT LEARNING HOW TO DANCE IN THE RAIN.
VIVIAN GREENE

This is tongue in cheek, i certainly do not believe in god, that is what this is about . About humans not taking responsibility for their own actions, and certain people using god as a way to control others. Thank for your comments Regards Roscoe..

Roscoe Llane,

for the mask of disbelief that's left.
