I live on Yorke Peninsula in South Australia in a rustic renovated 1928 cottage. Im an artist and avid gardener. Nature inspires me. Family and good friends enjoying each other and life inspire me. Ive never known if any of my poetry is good , bad or ugly - I write it because it is what I like to do. I have a lot in my head that needs to go somewhere, and so, it gets written down to read later. Im a writer because I want to understand hope and need and loss and pain. Im a writer because I want to know how far down love and hate can go. I have to follow my passion, Ive got to figure out what it is that I love - who I really am and have the courage to do that. Sometimes writing is a holy water that can find its way even inside a stone.
