We’re testing a new feature called (for the moment, at least) “Evolution” (thanks to our member Professor for the name suggestion). The spotlight is set aside for a popular new poem — but for members revising a poem they have already submitted, there isn’t a similar goal to strive for — until now.

Evolution showcases a poem that has been updated within the past four days. To prevent a conflict between Spotlight and Evolution (and to emphasize that this spot is for revision, not new work), poems are only eligible if they were submitted more than a week ago.

So go out there and revise revise revise!

(And if you have a catchier name for the feature— tell us! If we use your suggestion, we’ll give you credit on the next news announcement)

Evolution

So far I like the name as it stands. The idea is fantastic! Might make some of us go back and give old works a second chance!
Thanks Prof & Andrew for yet another great idea.
