If you are having a new problem with submitting poetry (or forum threads, or other content), please comment below. Make sure to answer:
- What is your operating system? (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OSX, Linux... etc)
- What browser do you use? (IE: Firefox, AOL 9.0, Internet Explorer 6..)
We hope to get out a fix as soon as possible.

It looks like it’s an AOL browser problem. Which means I have to set up an old laptop with AOL and hope I can figure it out. It might be a day or two :(
In the mean time, try the Firefox browser (link is above). It’s compatible with AOL dialup and broadband. Maybe you’ll even like it so much that you won’t switch back.

I had a problem with my laptop
But not with my desktop:
Laptop - XP SP2 2 gig RAM Intel Dual core proc - IE 6 and FireFox - workplace (yes, I am a bad employee - I took time out of my 50+ hour week)
Desktop - XP SP2 4 gig ram (3.76 addressable) AMD Dual core proc - IE 7 - home - US Robotic router/firewall
The message in IE 6 was just “error on page” in the bottom status line of the browser.
The message in FireFox was “neopoet tool bar could not be found” or something like that.

Barbara Writes I have window vista home edition, internet explorer. I have no problems submitting poetry.I got the fire fox any way as a additional browser with vista doing great so far. I never like aol too many issues.I am using a laptop.
