A soft word whispered,
A gentle ,tender touch
These are things I need
Things I miss so much
Sometimes things are forgotten
Or you are expected to always know
Somethings need reminding
Somethings you need to show
Somethings just need to be said
Instead of ‘you should know’
For without this tender ,gentle touch
Neglection brings me low.

Great Write!
I woudl be neglectatory in not telling you how much I liked it.
I read it twice. I think you’ve invented a new word. All of us have suffered from “Neglection” at one time or the other. A little “I love you” now and then goes a long way. read it, got it, loved it!
A not-so-subtle reminder
that we all need to know we are loved and appreciated. Truly reflects the aftermath of neglection.

Never more
Lacy, never more. Your wish will i am sure be fulfilled. Neglection is always relative to the person, there is only so much some can give, but they give their all nevertheless. Your Proff
My Dear professor
You are right as always.Thats all anyone can do is give their all,and hope everything works out.
Your Pet,
Lacy,
Where power corrupts,poetry cleanses.
A sad But Beautiful Submission
