Soon the day will come
when we will harness the wind,
and teach it not to destroy
but to become our friend.
Soon the day will come
where we’ll be able to lasso space,
and we will go anywhere
because everywhere will be our place.
Soon the day will come
when we will capture and disperse peace,
where wars and the absence of hope
will forever have to cease.
Soon the day will come
when love will have it’s way,
and we’ll all live in harmony
forever and a day.
Soon the day will come
where all these things are true,
but to get these things to happen
it all starts with you.
I want the raw truth, feel free to knock me on my back
What did you think of my title?
How was my language use?
What did you think of the rhythm or pattern or pacing?
How does this theme appeal to you?
How was the beginning/ending of the poem?
Is the internal logic consistent?
