I would like to propose that we leave a poem on the spotlight for a maximum of one week, after that
the poems that received spotlight be put in a spotlight files folder. That will give the poets an example
of good poetry to read and learn from, as well as give everyone else a chance to run. With so many
poets on the site, some good poems are not being read cause it is very hard to go through the stream.

The duration of a poem in Spotlight is determined by site
activity and number of poems competing for it. It can be as short as a
few minutes and seldom exceeds a week.
I would like to be able to access a list of previous spotlights, great idea, that would be neat. Let’s see how this forum runs and if it gets some support you take it to the AEC. You know who they are, Pugilist, Barbara Writes,Carrie Logan,Mark and Rett

I like the idea of a spotlight file folder.
