| About me | I was born a small black child . . . OK, OK, I am a a navy brat who grew up all around the country on and around Navy bases. I'm, the fourth, and smallest, of five boys, so read that how you will. Married at 21, single parent at 25, remarried at 30, another son a year later, divorced again at 47, and some 26 years in corporate America make me long for my first love, teaching, which I will do in a another five or so years after I see my youngest safely out of college and retire from being an Enterprise Project Manager. At my heart I have always been a cantankerous old man, I'm just starting to reach the age where folks no longer find it surprising. I've studied martial arts since the mid 1990's and the break in my avatar picture is a 6 board (12X12X1) hammerfist. The opening reference is from Steve martin's Movie "The Jerk." I heard your a mentor…… I dont no how 2 go bout this and sorry if this isnt the way but………..how do i get a mentor? Many who have read my poems say 2 seek help from a mentor ….. I dont no what that is i just got here by ramdamly clicking. Please, i realy need help.
